What We Are Not
- We are NOT a referral service. We do not charge you for "leads". We understand that paying for cheap leads can take a huge bite out of your budget.
- We are NOT an advertising service. We don't advertise specific contractors. Each contractor that works with us has an equal opportunity to bid on jobs as they come in.
- We are NOT interested in working with everyone. Our service won't be of any benefit to low quality contractors or laborers. Our customers are looking for results, not just service.
What We Are
We are a unique hiring service with customers who are interested in finding quality contractors and laborers to complete work on their homes. We help them address their very real concerns about getting burned by a bad contractor.
We are interested in working with a few good contractors and laborers in each of our main service categories. We will only grow our team as our business grows so you will only be competing with a limited pool of contractors for each job that comes in.
Our job is to bring in new, motivated customers and to provide accountability on behalf of those customers. Your job is simply to provide the quality work that you already provide to your current customers.
How It Works
It's really simple: Find jobs, set your own price, and pay a small commission* when the job is complete. There's nothing to lose, only jobs to gain.
- Submit Job Estimate Search through jobs posted by homeowners in your local area and submit estimates to jobs of interest.
- Complete the Job When you are selected for a job, make arrangmenets for job completion, (e.g. date and time), and complete the work.
- Get Paid ** When the job is complete, the bill is finalized and your account is credited with your job earnings.
* We charge a small commission, (7.00% or $10.00, whichever is larger), for each completed job.
** For big jobs, the project can be broken down into a smaller subset of tasks so that you get paid after major job milestones.
